Hauck & Aufhäuser operates in Luxembourg and Germany as a custodian for investment funds. These currently include mutual and specia­lized funds (UCITS and AIFs). With regard to Financial Assets, we have more than 30 years of experience in the set up and admi­nistration of mutual funds. Our mana­gement company in Luxembourg offers a holistic service, from consul­ting and conception of your product idea to the approval and launch process including admi­nistration and sales support. We offer you all our services from a single source. With our deposi­tary and mana­gement company in Luxembourg we ensure full cove­rage of all investment products in the Luxembourg financial center. We expanded our inter­national business in 2019 by acquiring Crossroads Capital Mana­gement Limited (CCM) as an established Alter­native Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and Dublin based mana­gement company. In addition, in 2020, we were the first medium sized mana­gement company in Luxembourg to obtain the autho­ri­zation for sales distri­bution in Hong Kong for a UCITS fund of our asset manager H & A Global Investment Mana­gement (HAGIM). In spring 2021, we will launch the first crypto fund in our company with the newly established mana­gement company for Digital Assets Hauck & Aufhäuser Inno­vative Capital GmbH and the Berlin Fintech Kapilendo.

In Real Assets, Hauck & Aufhäuser offers insti­tutional clients a wide range of services as a custodian for alter­native investment funds (AIF) and, in Luxembourg, as a mana­gement company. Customers benefit from our Luxembourg location and network: As custodian bank, Hauck & Aufhäuser holds the assets of your investment vehicle and offers you the classic custodian bank services of asset safe­keeping and super­vision in accor­dance with Luxembourg law. As a Profes­sional of the Financial Sector (PFS), we also offer you all company law and accounting services for the admi­nis­tration of alter­na­tive investment strategies. These include asset classes such as venture capital & private equity, debt, infra­structure, renewable energy, real estate and other real assets. In addition, as Alter­native Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) in Luxembourg, we offer addi­tional solutions for portfolio mana­gement, risk mana­gement, outsourcing, controlling, valuation/valuation as well as sales.
