I prepared very well for the meeting with Mohamed Mansoub in Dubai on Thursday, 01.08.2024. I wrote a paper full of questions. He took several hours of his time and drove me in his SUV through the very extensive Dubai with its many islands. We also looked at several villas (the photos give you an impression of a small one). The property market has been booming for years, with prices doubling, tripling or even more. Mo is a generalist and has been in the business for almost 15 years. He specialises in «investments» and «luxury» with contacts to all relevant developers. He manages a large property portfolio for clients from Europe, Canada, the U.S. and Asia.
