The Dubai Mall is the most wonderful place in the world to easily spend money
We are talking about a superlative: The Dubai Mall has the area of 1,200,000 m2, which corresponds to more than 50 football pitches, the internal floor area includes 550,000 m2. All – really all – the big lifestyle brands are represented. There are almost 150 restaurants and cafes. Parking is easy: 14,000 spaces are available.
The Mall features an Olympic-sized ice rink for recreational skating and Emirates Ice Hockey League games. The «Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo» is absolutely fantastic. While you shop, you can marvel at sharks! The gigantic waterfall is also a must-see. The figures are sculpted in fiberglass and represent pearl divers jumping into the water. Pearl diving was the main source of livelihood in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the basis for the founding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
