It is a privilege to speak with business leaders from the European ETF industry
The ETF business has been booming worldwide for years and the future also looks bright. VanEck is one of the addresses that are particularly successful in the USA and Europe. The management team has an excellent understanding of how to cover the most exciting themes and trends with thematic ETFs. Investors appreciate this: over 120 bn US dollars are already managed globally. And the company is constantly winning awards for its top performance (see photo 2).
When I heard from Philipp Schlegel, Co-Head Sales EMEA & Managing Director of VanEck Switzerland AG, Zurich, that on Friday, 20.12.2024, Martijn Rozemuller, CEO Europe, based in Amsterdam, would be at the Zurich offices at the Genferstrasse – a few minutes‘ walk from the lake – I spontaneously asked if they both had time to exchange a few words with me.
